The brains behind this outfit, Chris has assembled an all-star cast of guys to create the best gaming environment on the net. Combined with his dream of having his own site, and having people in his network with amazing skills, Chris set out to prove that anything is possible with the proper amounts of daydreaming, listening to people, hard work, and minimal sleep habits.

Chris is the the proud father of two little boys, Christian and Nicholas (that's him in my pic!), and lucky husband of one beautiful woman (how ya doing hun?)... Veronica. He considers himself a family man as well as a business man and takes both very seriously.

Chris has been working in the website management business since early in 2005 when he became the Editor-in-Chief for Magic Deck Vortex. He played an instrumental role in developing the writing and editorial standards for the site. As Editor-in-Chief, Chris managed an ever revolving door of volunteer writers and editors which was typically in the range of 15 writers and 4 editors. The publication schedule and training of new writers was also his responsibility.

In June of 2008 Chris launched his own company, which created Eye of the Vortex. which was officially first published in 2009. At that time, EoV was a ezine, a digital magazine. The magazine ran for half a year, at which point it was decided that there was not an effective means to track the distribution of a digital magazine to justify advertisement prices, therefore it was discontinued and the content was moved to Eye of the Vortex

In addition to web administration and managerial experience, Chris has over 17 years of experience in the construction and manufacturing industry as a draftsman/design engineer where he utilizes AutoCAD and Solidworks to bring concepts to life.
